- The office is conveniently located in the Sydney CBD, near Wynyard Station.
Working for a highly acclaimed and established financial services organisation. You will be supporting C-Suite Level and reporting to the Senior EA.
You will be the first point of contact for all staff and board member in any related IT, accounts and document management issues.
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and professional Team/Personal Assistant who has supported Senior Managers in a high level administrative capacity.
Responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to:
- Manage the executive/s diary, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda
- Draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations and briefing notes to support the achievement of business requirements
- Focussed on relationship management of IT provider, Accounts provider and Objective document management system provider
- Assist the Managers to facilitate stakeholder interactions through setting up and managing meetings and presentations
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of administrative and support services to ensure that business needs are met, including invoicing and supplier payments
Essential Requirements:
- Proven Administration/TA/PA support experience supporting a Senior Manager, minimum 2-3 years
- Experience working in Banking, Finance or Professional Services industry will be highly regarded.
- Upbeat and positive attitude, be team orientated, organised.
