Report into a supportive & people-focused leadership teamValues-driven provider with the opportunity to make a real difference every dayThe Role:Build trusted relationships across the organisation, delivering expert HR advice and supportDesign and implement people strategies that improve engagement, performance, and change readinessUse data-driven insights to inform decisions, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.Coach and develop managers and leaders to enhance people management skills and leadership effectiveness.Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, performance issues, and foster an inclusive, positive workplace culture.About You:Proven experience as a HR Business Partner (aged care, NDIS or community services experience preferred)In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, Fair Work Act, and sector-specific compliancePersonable, approachable, and confident in providing advice to managers and employeesTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related disciplineInterviews are happening as applications are received - do not miss out
