**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As our Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator you will represent the brand and manage the front-of-house of the clinic and be responsible for taking care of each client that enters the clinic and the overall presentation of the clinic and the atmosphere within it.
- It is a Casual position with set days as required ideal availability would be 2-3 week days and a weekend day.
- You'll provide support and assistance to the Clinic Manager with ad-hoc tasks and administration duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Prior reception experience, whilst not absolutely essential, it would definitely help you in the role but can be flexible with this and hours
- You should have strong communication skills, attention to detail and an ocean of charisma.
- As the face of the company and the first point of contact for our clients you will be well presented with a bright, bubbly personality
- As the Receptionist / Front of House Coordinator you will be organised and able to multi-task ensuring every client is greeted and day to day management running of the clinic tasks are completed
