Position: Front of House Team Member Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Take orders accurately and deliver them efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer menu questions
  • Manage reservations and waitlists when needed
  • Handle bill payments and process transactions
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Flexible availability, lunch preferred
