**Job Role:** Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and approachable front of house experience.
  • Phone Management: Answer calls professionally, efficiently, and deliver information effectively to the relevant recipient.
  • Scheduling: Access internal resource calendars and staff calendars to coordinate meetings and bookings.
  • Relief Management: Manage the relief roster, train new staff, and coordinate relief for absences.
  • Visitor Passes: Issue, record, and collect visitor passes, demonstrating due diligence.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Open, sort, and distribute mail, coordinate courier collections, and record outgoing mail.
  • Office Supply Management: Monitor, replenish, and order office supplies.
  • Financial Transactions: Use and maintain the EFTPOS and credit card facility, including recording transactions and preparing reconciliation sheets.
  • Facilities Coordination: Coordinate requests for booking common areas and maintain bookings through the resource calendar.
  • Team Support: Coordinate the roster and scheduling reminders for staff who are catering.
  • Additional Tasks: Undertake miscellaneous tasks as required or directed by senior personnel.
