**About Us**:
Felix & Sage Psychology is a well-established and growing private practice with clinics in Ringwood and Forest Hill. Since opening in 2018, our practice has expanded significantly, now supporting a dynamic team of 18 practitioners and a welcoming administrative team.
In 2024, we were recognised as a finalist in the Maroondah Business Excellence Awards, highlighting our commitment to high-quality healthcare and client support.
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a permanent part-time Administrative Assistant to join our reception team, working across both our clinics. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our clients have a smooth and welcoming experience.
**Regular Hours**:
Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Additional shifts may also be available to cover leave or assist during busy periods.
**Locations**: Ringwood & Forest Hill clinics.
**Prefer casual employment?**While this role is offered as a part-time position, we're open to discussing a casual arrangement if that better suits your needs.
**Pay & Conditions**: This position is paid under the Health Professionals & Support Services Award (MA000027) at award rates, relative to experience.

? Ability to liaise with and take direction from the Practice Manager, Principal Psychologist, and Senior Administrative Staff
**Desirable (but not essential)**:
? Experience working in an allied health setting
? Familiarity with Halaxy or a similar practice management software
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming and assisting clients with professionalism and empathy.
- Managing reception duties, including; appointment scheduling, handling phone calls, data entry, filing and general office duties.
- Processing payments and working with third party funders including (but not limited to); Department of Veterans Affairs, Medicare, National Disability Insurance Scheme, Transport Accident Commission, Victims of Crime and Workcover.
- Ensuring the clinic remains clean, tidy, and well-organised.
- New Client intakes.
- Supporting our Practice Manager and clinical team with administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Current National Police Check; and
- Current Employment Working with Children Check
