The Storage Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration and coordination of customer storage accounts.
This role ensures accurate record-keeping, smooth move-ins and move-outs, timely invoicing, and compliance with company policies.
The Storage Coordinator works closely with operations, sales, and accounts teams to provide excellent customer service and maintain efficient storage facility management.
Key responsibilities Process storage bookings, store inspections, and terminationsMaintain accurate customer records in the storage management systemRespond to customer queries regarding storage accounts, invoices, and accessPrepare storage invoicing and follow up on overdue accountsEnsuring that customers receive a full measure of serviceProviding overall assistance to the Administration ManagerCarry out ad hoc administrative tasks To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities: Written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-taskAttention to detailOrganisational abilityStrong customer service skillsTeam playerComputer literate – Microsoft Office is essential What's in it for you?
