If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the leadership skills to inspire a team — this is your opportunity.About the RoleAs a Duty Manager, you will:Oversee daily venue operations, including opening and closingLead, motivate, and coach the front-of-house team during serviceEnsure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, and safety standardsManage bookings, functions, and peak service periodsHandle cash-up procedures, tills, and end-of-day reportingWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or duty manager role in a busy bar or restaurantStrong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skillsCurrent RSA (South Australia) / RP badgeAbility to remain calm and organised under pressureExperience with Kounta, Tyro & Nowbookit systems (advantageous)Professional presentation and communication skillsWhy Join Us?
