Asset Information Specialist

At our organization, we require a skilled Asset Information Specialist to capture, collate, and assess asset information for high-profile clients. This role involves working closely with our Asset Management Team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the successful delivery of our contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capture and accurately record asset information.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management Team to ensure seamless communication and support to clients.
- Assess asset condition according to client requirements and provide expert advice when needed.
- Provide regular updates on asset information to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Career experience in asset management or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good computer skills and data entry abilities.
  • Recent graduate or background in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
