Job Title
Our organization is seeking to establish a pool of experienced professionals for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies in the Infrastructure division. This division has responsibility for strategic planning and provision of facilities (land, buildings and equipment), including land planning, student enrolment forecasting and facilities planning.
We are looking for highly skilled individuals who will coordinate all aspects of strategic planning for future public school site requirements. This includes developing and maintaining a strategic plan for all future government school site requirements for the whole of the state, assisting with due diligence site inspections, and reviewing recommended land use proposals.
The ideal candidate should have highly developed conceptual, analytical and research skills, as well as the ability to apply strategic thinking and develop strategic options. They should also have knowledge of school site planning principles, issues and government related processes, and be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
