We are seeking a Senior Land Specialist to join our team and contribute to the company's growth story in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialist land and tenure advice to the business
  • Manage and maintain land and tenement databases and systems
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and statutory obligations
  • Prepare and lodge statutory forms and reports with government agencies
  • Manage ad-hoc tenement compliance matters
  • Interpret and apply mine legislation related to land and tenement management
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Geosciences, Law, Planning, Environment Commerce or equivalent
  • Strong demonstrated experience in land management, legal support, or a related field within the mining, resources, or infrastructure sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Australian mining legislation, regulations, legal compliance requirements, and risk management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects and flexibility to change priorities and focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in GIS
