Base pay range
A$70,000.00/yr - A$73,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Accountable for the day to day operation of the Nursery
To ensure daily production and maintenance duties are completed
Organise repairs and maintenance of buildings, vehicles and nursery production equipment
Stock management including the purchasing of stock, maintaining supplier relationships, stock rotation, quality assurance and distribution to branches
Assist on major installations and removals and be available to help service customers' sites when required
Qualifications
Certificate in Horticulture or related field
Relevant industry experience
Strong project management and planning skills
Strong and proven leadership capability
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with cross functional teams and suppliers
Effective time management and organisational skills
Experience in the use of computer software including Microsoft Office and other basic equipment
Able to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and successfully
Demonstrated ability to meet assigned targets and deadlines consistently
