Base pay range

A$70,000.00/yr - A$73,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the day to day operation of the Nursery
  • To ensure daily production and maintenance duties are completed
  • Organise repairs and maintenance of buildings, vehicles and nursery production equipment
  • Stock management including the purchasing of stock, maintaining supplier relationships, stock rotation, quality assurance and distribution to branches
  • Assist on major installations and removals and be available to help service customers' sites when required
Qualifications
  • Certificate in Horticulture or related field
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Strong and proven leadership capability
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with cross functional teams and suppliers
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Experience in the use of computer software including Microsoft Office and other basic equipment
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently and successfully
  • Demonstrated ability to meet assigned targets and deadlines consistently
