What you'll do

Arrange daily seedling despatch paperwork for logistics teams

Organise sales orders in line with customer supply schedules

Liaise with field teams on daily order collection

Conduct in house stocktake and inventory requirements

Greet representatives and customers,

Ensure administration operating plan is followed and coordinated in the absence of Management.

Assist Implementation of operating procedures, OH&S and environmental processes

Your skills

Proficient in Microsoft office, MYOB or similar

Strong time management and organisation skills

Understanding of Horticultural industry or Seedling Nursery (Desirable)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Able to work from 5.30am to 12.00pm Monday and Friday

Vehicle and driver's license
