**How will I Help?**
As the Team Member Lending Fulfilment Expert you will be a key Member of the Home Ownership Services Team within Group Operations, Property & Commercial you will be joining our Mortgage Operations team. A Financial Transaction officer (Spider) supports both first and third party by processing loan drawdowns for settlements, completing transactions and completing settlement preparation activities. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service to our customers at all points, within service level timeframes and at the highest standard.

Full-time permanent opportunities, based in either Parramatta or Kogarah.

**What do I need?**
You will bring with you your previous banking experience and understand the mortgage business. You will have a flexible approach to change and be open to learning.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Have strong attention to detail
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Administration experience in mortgage settlements and certifications
