Job Description

This newly created role is responsible for deal settlement & communication with internal and external stakeholders. Deals are a mix of residential mortgages & commercial lending.

About the Role
  • You will enjoy working in a growing non-bank lender that moves quickly for their clients
  • You are highly organised and structured in how you manage your day
  • You over-communicate with stakeholders - keeping everyone updated on the progress of settlements is crucial
  • You want to learn about loan servicing/ credit / other roles - this team offers cross training & upskilling
  • You enjoy process improvement & change management - this business is at an exciting point in their growth strategy

You may be coming from a settlements OR credit background (with an interest in settlements). Ideally, you'll have non-bank lending experience or come from a banking environment seeking a more nimble environment with less red tape.
