  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and other lenders by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Input loan documentation and data into Funding Capital's CRM system.
  • Catalyze the discharge of customer loan accounts.
  • Facilitate consents to second mortgages or subdivision & loan variation requests.
  • Generate loan statements and account information for Funding Customers.
  • Deliver top-notch service to our brokers, solicitors, and customers.
">Requirements

At least 1 year's recent experience in Mortgages or Financial Services.

The ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated professional communication skills.

A person who enjoys processes and maximising procedural efficiencies.

Positive, happy attitude and team player.
