As a Client Service Associate, you will work closely with the Client Service Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality service to our clients and Issuer Services.

Working with a supportive manager and an experienced team, your role is pivotal to our ability to retain our clients and ensure they are satisfied with Computershare. You will be expected to use clear and succinct communication and maintain client-specific knowledge and expertise to ensure exemplary customer service.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage client and shareholder enquires within designated SLAs
- Managing the logistics of shareholder meetings and help guide clients in finding the best solution for their meeting needs
- Keep client database (CRM) up to date
- Manage administrative tasks and end of month reporting for clients and RMs
- Ensuring positive relationships are maintained with all internal and external clients/customers.
- Attending meetings at different venues which may involve regional and interstate travel
- Responsible for the first point resolution in all Workflow responses, using the appropriate standard templates and paragraphs.
- Proactively identify and deliver improvement ideas that will contribute to the continuous growth of the business

**Other key skills required for the role include**:

- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to follow procedures and recommend changes when improvements are identified
- Strong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products
- Possess and display a positive, enthusiastic attitude & strong work ethic
- Be self-motivated and proactive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess the ability to work well under pressure, maintaining professionalism and focus on quality
