**The role**:
You will support the business to lead and execute best-practice colleague and engagement strategies, with a focus on creating a positive, engaged, and high-performing culture within Personal Direct. This will involve partnering with relevant stakeholders within Personal Direct to design and implement strategies by leveraging digital communication channels to drive a more innovative and agile approach when delivering key business messages.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Maintain 'The Feed' and other communications channels for Personal Direct including delivering messages relating to system outages and ad-hoc information to ensure bankers and leaders are updated in a timely manner
- Delivery of events and initiatives to increase engagement and understanding of NAB's, Personal Banking and Personal Direct strategies
- Conceptualising, drafting and editing various content and assets to link to strategic priorities and enhance quality of communication and events
- Support with delivery of in-person and hybrid events to increase engagement among Personal Direct colleagues
- Scheduling of leadership events / meetings / workshops and management of the Personal Direct Planner calendar
- Assist in managing PD's annual T&E budget

**What you will bring**:
To succeed in this role, you will bring your professional experience in communications, unwavering motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that can be complex and ambiguous at times.
- 1-2 years recent experience in communications or with Personal Direct's Contact Centre, to support with embedding/operationalising continuous improvement initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills including - verbal, written, digital and multimedia. Alongside ability to write for a variety of difference audiences and create highly engaging content
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint development
- Host and facilitate large group events via web streaming services (i.e. Zoom, Webinars, Program Showcases etc.) as well as in-person
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead through others and advocate team work
- Strong planning and analytical capabilities
- Quality focussed and demonstrates continuous improvement mindset
