Job Description
The Learning Support Director will lead our Learning Enrichment and Program Support Department, overseeing a dedicated team of teachers and assistants. This vital role focuses on delivering high-quality educational and developmental support for all students, staff, and families from Early Learning to Year 12.
Assessing students' needs and implementing individualized education plans.
Liaising with external specialists and securing funding for resources and programs to support students' learning outcomes.
Overseeing professional development opportunities for staff.
Fostering an inclusive educational environment through leadership and organizational skills.
A teacher qualification with current registration.
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
Knowledge of best practices in learning support, special education laws, and inclusive education strategies.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
