**8 months full-time contract role with possible extension.**:

- **Hourly pay rate of **$68.2/hour **+ Super.**:

- **Hybrid (WFH+ St. Leonards office location).**:

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You will coordinate and undertake programs, projects, and activities, research and provide advice to support the achievement of the department's objectives in relation to workforce culture.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Undertake workforce culture activities, policies, and projects to contribute to building a positive workplace culture, in the context of a whole of government approach to culture change within the NSW public sector.
- Provide advice and support in relation to culture and diversity policy and projects, in the context of improving workplace culture.
- Develop new and innovative resources for the use of employees, potential employees, and stakeholders in workplace culture, diversity, and inclusion.
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality written advice in the form of reports, briefs, policy documents, and discussion papers to inform or respond to requests.
- Liaise with key staff and stakeholder representatives.
- Participate in research to assist with policy development.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Highly developed organisational and project skills is critical in this role.
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of policy advice in a complex and multi-disciplinary environment.
