**About the Company**

We have a rewarding and exciting opportunity for a Project & Policy Officer to join a large NSW Government organisation. This role will support the coordination, development and implementation of a unique data asset.

**About the Role**
- Assist with project development and implementation. This will include project plans, governance, managing resources and meeting reporting requirements.
- Undertake research and assist with formulating recommendations to support evidence based project planning and decision making.
- Assist in research and projects to support the development of new approaches to the sourcing and use of data to support improvements in skills and policy.
- Support project teams ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements to successfully deliver all key projects, milestone and outcomes.
- Assist in drafting quality evidence-based written reports and correspondence

**About you**
- Demonstrated background in a senior policy analyst or officer role
- Experience in the analysis, draft and publishing of complex policy portfolios
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
