About Carlotta:
Carlotta is a distinctly Australian celebration of Mediterranean flavours and hospitality. We're channelling the generous spirit of Mediterranean dining, giving a warm and vibrant nod to the trattorias and tavernas found dotted along the European coastline. Carlotta's menu encourages shared feasting across an ever-evolving selection of antipasti, handmade pasta, and meat and seafood cooked over coals, with a custom-made wood oven from Naples taking pride of place in the kitchen.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Bar Back to assist with ensuring smooth bar operations, support to the team and provide a positive working environment
- Demonstrated experience as a Bar Back in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Cocktail, spirit and wine knowledge highly regarded
- Drive for beverage service
- Passion for delivering outstanding service
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
- Must have RSA certificate
