We are currently seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to join our team at Carlotta.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a high standard of bar operations, and maintaining a clean and presentable environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times during service periods
  • Ensure adequate glassware & equipment are maintained at all times
  • Ensure bar areas are clean and presentable at all times
  • Responsible for the delivery of service related to Training and Development programs, including induction plans, buddy shifts, and any other service related training
  • Address & resolve any bar-related issues and escalate to management as required
  • Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned, and ensure readiness of crew, equipment, stock, stations and floor for service

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a fast-paced venue
  • Strong knowledge in cocktails, beer and spirits
  • Experience with ordering and stocktake is advantageous
  • Exceptional service skills and guest focused
  • Adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • A valid RSA certificate
