This spring, restaurateur Chris Lucas will introduce Canberra to Carlotta, a brand-new concept in the heart of the nation's capital. Carlotta, a 120-seat Mediterranean restaurant, is set to celebrate the exceptional produce, wine, and talent of the region.

About the Opportunity:
Full-time position for an experienced Cocktail Bartender. Be part of Canberra's most anticipated restaurant. Join a team dedicated to excellence and deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.
- Experience as a Bartender in a premium venue
- Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
- Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
- A valid RSA certificate
