Senior Engineering Superintendent
This leadership role oversees maintenance strategies, drives continuous improvement and ensures safe operations in a mining environment.
\
Job Description:
Lead planning, scheduling, reliability, condition monitoring and technical writing teams.
\
Ensure maintenance strategies are effectively executed and drive continuous improvement.
\
Deliver safe, efficient and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop multi-disciplinary technical teams.
\
Drive reliability, condition monitoring and defect elimination initiatives.
\
Oversee planning, scheduling and maintenance execution readiness.
\
Ensure compliance with OEM and statutory maintenance standards.
\
Provide strategic reporting, budget input and performance insights.
\
Champion team development, succession planning and capability building.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Reliability Engineering.
\
Minimum 8 years' experience in mining maintenance or engineering, including 3+ years in leadership.
\
Strong knowledge of HME operations (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr).
\
Experience with SAP PM, AMT and digital maintenance systems.
\
Excellent leadership, coaching and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Benefits:
Permanent full-time role with an immediate start.
\
Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances.
\
$12k residential allowance per annum for residential employees.
\
$5k site allowance per annum depending on location.
\
Up to 10% short-term incentive.
