As a Service Delivery Officer (Business Registry Support), in the Quality Assurance & Knowledge Management team, you will ensure the quality of customer interactions and update knowledge management resources utilised by the Frontline team members.Location : Traralgon, VIC (approximately 2 hours east of Melbourne)Salary starting from $81,396 (depending on experience) + 15.4 % superannuationPermanent, full-time role (50 / 50 hybrid work-from home model)Applications close at 11 : 59pm Friday, 29 August 2025 (AEST) The team ASIC maintains over 30 legal registers, including the Companies and Business Names registers, which hold details for more than 3.2 million companies and 2.7 million business names.
These registers are a vital source of information for businesses, professionals, government and the public across Australia.
Users rely on the ASIC Registry to register, update or cancel business details and access public information, making our support essential to ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.
The role As a Service Delivery Officer (Business Registry Support), you will :Conduct quality assurance by reviewing customer interactions via the Genesys telephony system and checking processed forms for compliance with ASIC procedures and guidelinesProvide constructive feedback to staff based on QA evaluations to support skill development and improve customer experienceMaintain and update the internal knowledge management system to ensure accuracy and relevanceIdentify opportunities for process and training improvements through analysis of customer trends and QA insights About you You will also demonstrate :Minimum 2 years' experience in a call centre or similar customer service roleCertificate in Business, Training or Communication (desirable but not essential)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in using quality monitoring tools and systemsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality standards View the position description for more information or click 'apply' to start your application.
