For over 50 years, we havebeen providing equipment and product support services to mining,construction, industrial, marine and local government customers.Our reputation for excellence and superior customer service hasenabled us to achieve continued sustained growth.Customer Service at an elite levelLocatedat Gepps Cross SAWe have a great opportunity for aservice driven individual to supervise the work of a team of fieldservice technicians and ensure the product support provided to ourcustomers represents outstanding value.Key responsibilities of the role:Attend to customer enquiries, phone calls and walkins;Determine scope of work and provide customer with anup-front estimate;Establish time line for required service / repairs;Keep the customer informed of the costs, status and anychanges to the work;Allocate tasks to technicians to maximise labourresources;Ensure team members have clear direction on all dailyactivities;Manage workorders and timesheets;Assist with the ordering of parts and tools for eachjob;Monitor compliance to SHEQ requirements;Monitor warranty work to ensure repairs are carried out toCaterpillar guidelines;Provide technical assistance and diagnostic expertise asrequired to ensure jobs are finished in a timely manner.Skills and experience:Leadership qualification or experience leading a smallteam;Effective communication skills both written andverbal;Sound influencing and negotiating skills;Ability to develop and maintain strong clientrelationships;Accurate with a high attention to detail;Current driver's licence;Familiaritywith CAT and dealer systems anadvantage.What you will get in return:In the short term your passion,skills and experience will be rewarded with an excellentremuneration package and training.
