Reporting directly to the Field Services Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Field Services Manager in the day to day operations activities and contractor management functions within the NBN Unify Services contract.
Based in Regency Park (SA), and offered on a Permanent, Full Time basis, this position offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, direct, supervise and coordinate the activities of field staff and sub-contractorsEnsure all field work is of a high quality consistent with relevant OH & S policies and proceduresCoordinate and assist in the training of all staff and sub-contractorsLiaise with the client and its customers to appropriately manage the client's network and plantLiaise with and make all arrangements with Public Authorities for provision of services to the network and working in public areasArrange reports to management and the customer on the status of workUndertake scheduling of work, staff and equipment to ensure production targets are metEnsure all field work is of a high quality consistent with relevant OH & S policies and proceduresSkills and ExperienceRelevant technical qualificationsExperience within Telecommunications industryPrevious experience meeting targets/budgetsFlexible approach and well-developed contract management skillsNBN Enable accepted accreditation is an advantageBenefitsPermanent, full time opportunityFocus on reward & recognitionSupportive team culture
