About the Role

Theodore and Co. is seeking a talented and driven in-house Multimedia Specialist to lead end-to-end digital content production and multimedia projects in alignment with our marketing strategies and client projects:

- Design, develop, oversee, and manage multimedia content - including animations, digital imaging, videos, graphic and audio - for a variety of digital and media projects, ensuring timely delivery and impeccable quality
- Analyse and enhance content on various digital platform, by designing, developing, manipulating, and integrating multimedia content to create visually engaging and cohesive contents
- Optimising file formats, codecs, rendering processes, and cross-platform abilities (websites, mobile, social media and online campaigns) to meet specific technical requirements of digital platforms (including Google, Meta and other paid channels)
- Ensure the seamless synchronisation of expanding multimedia data across all platforms, while regularly organising and securing backups using CRM databases (studio Ninja) and NAS archiving systems.
- Maintain backups of multimedia databases, develop recovery plans and ensure multimedia data are stored, secured and up-to-date on a weekly basis. Your work will support the company's marketing strategies, client projects and internal communications.
- Research and integrate emerging multimedia trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge

The Successful Applicant will have:

- Relevant qualifications or at least 5-year qualifications
- Proficient in animation, photography, video productions, and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of website platforms like WordPress and Squarespace, as well as CRM software management
- Exceptional design and layout skills, with a strong eye for detail
- Outstanding organisational and analytical abilities, capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Strong technical skills as well as understanding of visual arts and the ability to adapt design for diverse audiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $76,515.00 per year
