Job Overview

The Digital Content Specialist will play a vital role in developing and maintaining bespoke training materials, administering learning platforms, planning educational programs, creating multimedia assets, and supporting the Director of Learning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training content.
  • Manage and maintain our learning management systems, external content delivery platforms, online testing environments, and other digital tools.
  • Contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of educational programs that meet student needs.
  • Develop innovative multimedia assets to enhance learning experiences.
  • Support the Director of Learning in delivering training sessions across multiple campuses and online environments.
