Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of in-house training materials and programs.
  • Administer the organization's Learning Management Systems (LMS), external content delivery platforms, online test environments and other systems.
  • Plan, develop and implement learning programs.
  • Create rich multimedia assets.
  • Assist with coordination and delivery of training sessions in both a multi-campus and online environment.
  • Perform other duties as requested by senior management.
