About This Role:
We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead high-performing technical delivery teams in APAC. As a key member of our Implementation & Consultation team, you'll drive success for enterprise businesses by streamlining processes, reducing errors, and elevating operational efficiency.
Your Impact:
You will build a talented technical delivery team from the ground up, ensuring seamless, high-quality implementations for our clients. Your leadership will set the standard for future engagements, directly contributing to the region's strategic objectives.
This is a full-time role with flexible work arrangements.
Lead complex implementation processes, focusing on specified KPIs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Maintain high standards for Enterprise accounts, setting benchmarks for future engagements.
Oversee hiring for the region, including Team Leads, Support, and other team members as the office expands.
Monitor team KPIs, driving growth and knowledge across the organization.
