Your Impact:
As the Technical Delivery Team Lead in APAC, you will be pivotal in building and managing a high-performing technical delivery team in the region.
This role offers a full-time, hybrid schedule with flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex implementation processes, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and meeting specified KPIs.
- Manage team performance, drive growth, and knowledge transfer, refining processes as necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and projects in parallel, escalating issues through internal channels.
- Plan account follow-ups to expand Deliverect's footprint with customers.
- 4-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management or previous leadership roles.
- Relevant professional experience in B2B/SaaS software companies is desirable.
- A background in hospitality, food tech, or POS systems landscape is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, providing a service-oriented approach.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to contribute to achieving strategic objectives.
