About the Position
This role is a key part of our organization, requiring a deep understanding of our portfolio and the ability to design end-to-end solution architectures for customer projects.
Responsibilities
Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and markets.
Design and deliver solution architectures that meet business requirements, ensure data security, and maintain performance standards.
Prepare and deliver presentations and software demonstrations to customers.
Lead technical requirements for opportunities and contribute to decision-making processes.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, drive growth, and support strategic initiatives.
Provide expert advice and act as a technical leader in projects, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to delivery.
Maintain governance standards across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management frameworks.
Work closely with the development team to understand capabilities, processes, and DevOps processes; participate in coding or business workflow mapping as required.
Provide input and resolution of technical issues across the SDLC.
Requirements
Tertiary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
7-10 years of Solution Architecture experience with a strong focus on PreSales.
Experience implementing complex enterprise projects in mission-critical/high-availability environments is highly desirable.
Proven professional experience in a presales or equivalent role.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contracts and associated legalities; understanding of profit and loss for proposals is desirable.
