Practice Manager & PA – Psychology Clinic | Tech + Business Growth FocusFlexible hours | SouthportWe're a growing psychology practice with big ambitions, looking for a tech-savvy, business-minded powerhouse to take charge of operations, streamline systems, and help expand our client base.This is a role for someone organised, proactive, and fast on the tech uptake—someone who can turn good systems into great ones, protect confidential information, and drive business growth.Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent)Minimum 3 years' proven admin or practice management experience in health or allied healthFinancial management skills, including budgeting and reportingKnowledge of Medicare billing and compliance requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesSet up and optimise systems for maximum efficiency (Coreplus, Cliniko, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, automations, etc.)Train the Practice Owner in using systems to make better business decisions.Manage daily operations and act as Executive PAMaintain strict confidentiality with client and business informationIncrease referrals, boost sales, and improve client retentionManage a small overseas admin support teamYou BringStrong tech skills and the ability to make systems run seamlesslyA systems-thinking mindset to spot and solve operational bottlenecksBusiness development and sales expertise, with an eye for growth opportunitiesSkill in training others in tech and process improvements (bonus if you make it engaging)Exceptional organisation, discretion, and communication skills—both written and verbalExperience in healthcare, allied health, or psychology settings preferredWhat's on OfferFlexible hours in a values-driven workplaceThe chance to directly shape how a psychology practice runs and growsHow to ApplySend your CV and a short cover letter telling us about a time you fixed a broken system and boosted business.Reference: Include the words WHITE ANGEL in your application.
