**Position Summary**

As Criterion Industries continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team Graduates welcome to apply

Working within the Sales and Marketing Team, you will assist in delivering marketing projects, execute internal and external marketing initiatives, as well as collaborate with Sales to enable maximum cut-through and effective brand building.

This position is suited to an all-rounder looking to either establish their career or build on their marketing experience foundations. With no two days the same you can expect to undertake a diverse range of work across all areas of marketing on a national scale.

**Responsibilities**

Graphic design - Creating brochures and other marketing material
- Writing Case studies and Blogs (technical for contractors/ Builders and inspirational for Architects/ Interior Designers)
- Assist with the ongoing updating and management of the Criterion Website - including product updates, the development of new pages, ongoing content updates articles, posts, imagery, information graphics and videos, to a best practice standard, and in alignment with lead generation KPI's.
- Building the Criterion brand and customer awareness through: Tips, Insights, Testimonials, etc.
- Develop and Deliver social media content
- Drive fresh, bold, and innovative digital marketing ideas, reporting and analysis (Social and Pardot Marketing Automation)
- Assist with Major campaigns and product launches within the annual marketing plan
- Assist the wider team with ad hoc duties

Key Requirements*

High attention to detail
- Graduate qualification in Marketing or related field
- Social/Digital Marketing and Advertising
- Able to facilitate photography or design briefs (or willing to learn)
- Ability to distil highly technical details into easily readable copy and create engaging content
- Possess vision persistence and passion to improve mainstream Marketing Methods
- Excellent content writing and verbal communication skills along with a passion for the architectural and design industry.
- Thrives in a team environment with a proven commitment to team values (Teamwork, Initiative, Opportunistic)
- Communication and content styles that deliver positive audience experiences through a unique interface, visuals, layout, fonts, patterns, etc.
