**The Impact You'll Make;**

As a vital member of our Operations Leadership team, the Maintenance and Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimising our Maintenance and Engineering functions. This role is accountable for ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities through effective resource management, project delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**About You;**
- Collaborate with the Site Safety Leadership team to champion safety programs. Conduct risk assessments and develop safe working methods, ensuring the team is trained on high-risk tasks.
- Oversee the implementation of preventative maintenance programs to maximise uptime and minimise costs, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.
- Utilise Lean methodologies to identify continuous improvement opportunities, driving value-added activities and reducing waste throughout the manufacturing process.
- Supervise, performance manage, and develop talent within the Production Support team. Efficiently manage external contractors for onsite maintenance and capital programs.
- Manage the annual maintenance budget effectively, optimizing spending while maintaining operational efficiency. Plan and implement CAPEX programs to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and support revenue targets across site operations.

**Skills & Experience;**
- Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in an Engineering/Maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to building and driving a Safety culture.
- Experience leading a multi-function maintenance team in a manufacturing facility.
- Proficient in managing budgets effectively.
- Experience in developing and implementing Preventative Maintenance programs (e.g., MEX).
- Strong project management skills, particularly in overseeing capital programs.
