We're Hiring: Finance & Admin Supervisor

We're looking for a Full Time Finance and Administration Supervisor to join the team at one of Sydney's award-winning marinas, a unique opportunity to bring your finance skills to a dynamic, waterside workplace.

What you'll be doing:

* Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable – from invoicing to reconciling and everything in between.

* Running smooth, accurate payroll so our team stays happy and paid on time.

* Working your magic in Xero and keeping our finances shipshape.

* Supporting general office administration to keep daily operation "running off the breeze"

* Preparing financial reports, helping with budgets, and supporting decision-making.

* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in a friendly, professional way.

What we're looking for:

* 5+ years' experience in a finance/admin role.

* Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable and payroll functions.

* Advanced skills in Xero and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).

* Great attention to detail – accuracy matters here.

* Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

* Someone who's self-motivated, organized, and ready to take ownership.

* Must have own transport.
