About the role

Joining an enthusiastic and friendly team, as Learning & Development Coordinator, you will work closely with Learning & Development and broader Human Resources teams to support the development and delivery of a range of Learning & Development (L&D) related activities and services across the ODPP in line with the Office's signature behaviour to 'Keep Learning'. This is a varied and interesting role which will appeal to those with a genuine passion for coordination, engaging stakeholders and supporting projects through from end-to-end.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Coordinate, support and oversee the running of in-person and online learning activities across the Office. This may involve the safe moving/lifting of furniture and equipment to assist with set up/pack up of events.
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager Learning & Development, Senior L&D Consultants, Professional Development Lawyers and other key stakeholders to support the effective delivery of Learning & Development initiatives across the Office.
  • Maintain records in the SuccessFactors Learning Management System and other internal databases and prepare various forms of reporting on L&D metrics to support the L&D strategy development and implementation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff and managers regarding L&D events and other learning related activities.
  • Proactively contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined processes, procedures, and systems in line with business needs.
  • Assist, where appropriate, to develop resources to support the delivery of learning and development content for staff.

About you

  • demonstration of prior experience coordinating learning or similar events in a variety of forms including in a face-to-face, virtual, individual and group environment.
  • experience in the use of Learning Management Systems (preferably SuccessFactors).
  • demonstration of excellent attention to detail, communication, planning, time management and organisation skills
  • proven problem-solving ability and commitment to stakeholder management.
  • willingness to learn and have a genuine interest in the development and organising of workplace adult learning and organisational change.
