We are a leading industry supplier in Australia and New Zealand and align closely with our customers to create products and develop solutions that help their business' grow. Mauri has 3 distinct business units: Australian Bakery Ingredients; New Zealand Bakery Ingredients; and Weston Animal Nutrition.

Our Weston Animal Nutrition division is one of Australia's largest and longest established manufacturers of high-quality processed animal feed products. We provide compound feeds, concentrates, and nutritional services for commercially farmed animals from sites throughout Australia and New Zealand.

We're now on the lookout for an experienced and driven **Technical Account Manager** to join our **Weston Animal Nutrition** team in Enfield, Sydney to build meaningful partnerships, and deliver real impact.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Technical, you'll take ownership of some of our most strategic client relationships. Working cross-functionally with teams across production, operations, and technical services, you'll ensure our clients' success while uncovering new opportunities to grow our business.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead and grow a portfolio of key accounts-including multi-year partnerships-with a clear focus on value creation
- Strengthen customer relationships through insight, innovation, and outstanding service
- Collaborate across teams to ensure client needs are exceeded
- Demonstrate inclusive leadership that enables accountability and take ownership
- Provide technical customer support to address client inquiries and issues
- Champion the customer experience and uphold Mauri's commitment to quality and safety

**About You**

You're commercially savvy, results-driven, and thrive on building strong partnerships. You understand what it takes to deliver in a high-performing B2B environment-and you genuinely care about your customers' success.

**You'll bring**:

- Proven experience managing key accounts, preferably in a B2B setting
- Technical knowledge and expertise in Animal Nutrition
- Exposure to manufacturing or production environments
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, even under pressure
- Strategic thinking with a knack for solving complex problems collaboratively
- Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring others
- Familiarity with monogastric farming is a nice-to-have, but not a dealbreaker
