About the role

As a Technical Account Manager - UC & CX at Generation-e, you will be responsible for providing strategic account management for our Unified Communications (UC) and Customer Experience (CX) clients. This is a full-time role based in our Sydney CBD office, but we encourage a flexible, hybrid working model that caters to both in-office and remote work preferences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio of clients.
  2. Be the customer's voice inside Generation-e.
  3. Develop and execute on strategic account plans to drive growth, adoption and client satisfaction.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to help clients maximise their investments in UC and CX technologies.
  5. Through regular engagement, proactively identify new customer opportunities and challenges, and work with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  6. Facilitate user adoption and change management to drive successful technology deployments.
  7. Partner with Sales, Professional Services and Support teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.
  8. Represent Generation-e at client meetings, industry events and other forums.

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, with a focus on UC and/or CX technologies.
  2. Strong understanding of enterprise-level UC and CX solutions, including Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  4. Proven track record of driving adoption, retention and growth within your client accounts.
  5. Technical expertise to provide advanced troubleshooting and solution design guidance.
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
  7. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
