**Site Foreman - Commercial Construction - Ballarat, VIC**

This is an opportunity for an experienced Site Foreman/Supervisor to secure their next permanent position. Our client is a well-respected and successful commercial builder with a rapidly growing list of projects to their name. They have enjoyed sustained growth in recent times, as a testament to their dedication to quality and reliability.

As a result of this continued growth, they require a Site Foreman to help oversee the delivery of multiple education and commercial projects in the Ballarat region in the $1-10m range.

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of site delivery and maintenance throughout the life of the project.
- Working alongside and managing construction labourers and on-site administrators.
- Maintaining OH&S protocols and procedures, enabling a safe and productive working environment for all parties present on-site.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including members of the general public and responding to complaints if they arise.
- Implementation of and maintaining quality assurance systems to alleviate project risks and delays.
- Supervision of all on-site activities including appropriate, safe and productive use of company resources.

**_ Experience/Skills Required_**
- At least 1-2 years' tenure with a Tier 2/3 commercial builder in Victoria.
- Demonstrated successful delivery of institutional projects valued above $5m (within budgetary and program requirements).
- Knowledge of relevant software such as MS Project, HammerTech, Procore (or similar, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
