Our company is seeking a skilled Concrete Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Making, pouring, spreading, screeding, finishing, reinforcing, and cutting concrete for construction projects
  • Leading a team of labourers and assisting their career growth
  • Communicating with clients and tradespeople
  • Reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
  • Occasional overnight trips away for regional work

This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm (average times)

Meal and break times are paid, with optional weekend work available

Opportunity to progress to Site Foreman in the future, with training provided

A strong workstream offering a very secure position

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience as a concreter

Takes pride in work and appearance of equipment

Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings

Comfortable leading a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ideal candidate has the right to live and work in Australia, although suitable experienced migrants may be considered if they meet visa requirements

Owns a reliable vehicle and holds a current Australian driver's license

Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
