Our expanding Melbourne Western Suburbs based client specialises in small to

medium scale commercial and industrial concrete works.

**The Opportunity**
As an experienced concreter you will join a team of concrete labourers and will be completing quality projects within or ahead of our clients' schedules.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Make, pour, spread, screed, finish, reinforce & cut concrete for construction projects
- Lead a team of concrete labourers and assist their career growth
- Communicating with clients and trades
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Occasional overnight trips away for regional work

**What's on offer**:

- Full time permanent role 7am-6pm, (average times) M-F
- Meal/smoko breaks are paid with optional weekend work
- Opportunity to progress to Site Foreman in the future, training provided
- Strong workstream offering a very secure position

**Skills & Experience**:

- You will have prior Concreter experience, minimum 2 years
- You take pride in your work & appearance of your tam
- Be able to interpret architectural and structural drawings
- You will be comfortable leading a young team
- You will have great communication and personable skills
- Ideally you will have the right to permanently live & work in Australia
- Suitable experienced migrants may be considered who meet visa requirements
- Own reliable vehicle and AU drivers licence
- You need to be vaccinated for Covid 19
