Agribusiness Lending Coach Role

This dynamic and impactful position involves optimizing lending processes to enhance customer satisfaction, productivity, and operational efficiency. As a key player in the Agribusiness Banking division, you will work across the lending approval value chain to improve credit quality and reduce processing times.

You will provide effective leadership and coaching to Bankers, Relationship Associates, and the Lending Assessment team, focusing on enhancing lending capabilities and optimizing performance. Your expertise in agribusiness credit and lending will be instrumental in driving a customer-focused, cost-effective, and high-quality operational support system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Agribusiness Banking team.
  • Coach and mentor staff to improve their lending skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative lending solutions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless lending processes.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Commercial or Agribusiness Banker, or Credit Manager.
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending and credit processes.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
