Family Violence Support Specialist
This role provides case management and support to individuals who have experienced domestic violence, family violence, sexual violence, or related trauma.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement case plans to address the unique needs of each client
Provide emotional support and counseling to clients and their families
Collaborate with other professionals, such as law enforcement, social services, and healthcare providers
Document all interactions and interventions in a timely and accurate manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
2+ years of experience working with vulnerable populations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
