What your day will look like....
You'll work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team to create engaging, resident-focused programs that support emotional, social, and physical wellbeing. From assisting with lifestyle assessments and coordinating group activities to training volunteers and collaborating on individual behaviour support plans, your role is all about enhancing quality of life. You'll build genuine connections, promote dignity and respect, and help residents stay active and connected, both within the facility and with the broader community.
