Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Workplace Services Officer** who can ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all departmental sites

**About the role**:

- Provide advice and recommendations on a range of routine to moderately complex enquiries
- Assist in the provision of facilities management, accommodation and the purchase of workplace goods and services
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of relevant legislation, APS and agency policies, procedures and processes
- Actively participate in staff development and training activities, developing and coaching new and existing staff
- Exercise judgment to resolve issues

**Ideally you will**:

- Provide top-level service by delivering outcomes at a consistently high level both independently and as part of a team
- Communicate with confidence to liaise and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of services and processes
