4 days on, 4 days off shifts - 5 weeks of annual leave (190 hours)

As an Automotive Technician at TCR, you will:
Utilize your technical skills and experience as a tradesman to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance of ground support equipment.
Report daily to the Shift Supervisor but ultimately be under the management of the State Service Manager.
Conduct preventive servicing, data collection, repair, and maintenance tasks reflecting a trade standard.
Promote a safety-first approach.
Collaborate with fabricators, technicians, and assistants to develop and implement effective solutions.
Utilize a wide variety of equipment and the unique nature of aviation equipment as an opportunity to bring a broad range of knowledge & skills to the role.
Work with multiple specialized GSE equipment.
Enjoy 5 weeks of annual leave (190 hours) plus 2 additional "Health and Happiness" leave days. Uniforms are provided and laundered, with a competitive salary and excellent mentorship.
To be successful in this role, you will have most of the following skills and experience:
Relevant Mechanic Trade Qualification.
Own tools.
Exposure to diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical fault finding is highly regarded.
Valid Driver's License.
Strong focus on safety standards and company policies & procedures.
Experience working within procedural guidelines.
Good communication skills and proactiveness.
A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Pre-employment police and medical checks are mandatory for this position.
